We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not, please review our return and refund policy below.


Return Window

We offer a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 calendar days from the date of delivery (as confirmed by the tracking number) to request a return.


Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

Unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it

With all original tags and in its original packaging

Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase


How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, contact us at shreevaibhavlaxmijewelbox@gmail.com within the return period. Please include your order number and reason for return.

Returns must be sent to the following address:

Once your return is approved (typically within 1–2 business days), we will provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions.
Important: Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.


Return Shipping Costs

Unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. These costs may be deducted from the refund amount if we provide a return label.


Damages and Issues

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest method is to return the original item and place a new order once your return is approved.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without justification.

Items must still meet the general eligibility requirements (unworn, unused, with tags, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase).


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note: It may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
